This is a total body training program that incorporates yoga based sun salutations in between sets of functional strength training moves, for active rest, continuous movement, strength and flexibility in one workout.
Emphasis is placed on proper form and breathing. Variations to strength moves and sun salutations are progressively added each week. The final two weeks include options with plyometric jumps for increased intensity and added weights for strength training.
