HEALTH COACHING - 4 weeks
- 2 Coaching Calls - 45 minutes (via phone or Skype).
- One email check-in each week (4 total) for feedback, support and accountability
- Health coaching includes motivation, behavior change, lifestyle, and nutrition coaching including food group and portion suggestions, serving sizes and modifications. Fitness coaching based on you and your goals, including creating a workout plan.
- Prior to our call you will complete several questionnaires about your goals, current health and eating and exercise habits.
