I started my weight loss journey at home using workout videos (Tae-bo VHS tapes) and my goals is to create workouts just as inspiring and fun!
I’m also a certified personal trainer and stretch coach. I combine my fitness and yoga experience to create effective and empowering workouts. Get ready to sweat and smile!

My priority is cueing and teaching in a way that lets you understand how to move your body and where you should feel the movement. Many of the workouts are challenging but on-demand gives you the option to pause when needed. Start where you are and challenge yourself!
